Bit Error Rate Test

To detect if there’s any error in the number of received bits of a data stream over the fiber communication channel.

Eye Diagram Test

To analyze the quality of a digital signal and evaluate how well the signal integrity over distance is maintained.

Bending Test

The optic cable is bent back and forwards with a tester for 10,000 cycles to to determine if it can withstand flexing under electrical load.

Bend Radius Test

To test the flexibility of the fiber optic cable by twisting it and measuring if the bend radius reaches 20mm. (45mm for the armor ones).

Tensile Strength Test

To determine the tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation of the optic cable by pushing and pulling it through a testing machine.

Compatibility Test Supportt

To ensure the compatibility of our fiber optic cable, we will test the cable with a broad range of the most popular and the latest display devices including Samsung, Sony, Philips, LG, X-Box  and more. If you’re the manufacturer of your own A/V display device, we can send you the sample optical cable for test and refine it if necessary until it’s completely compatible with your equipment.
